We have many clients who have quick and small requirements such as website updates (a promotion, a new staff member), logo tweaks (i.e. size changes for a particular use), add a new staff email address, an opinion re: which tool to use for a specific purpose, a question re: a DMARC Report query or a DNS records change (i.e. CNAME for new software).
The SLA is a billed allocation of time + a specific expectation re: how fast that request will be delivered. This saves us having to produce, invoice and bill for 15 minutes of work, even if it occurs randomly, ten times in one month yet none the following month. Billed annually.
We offer THREE (3) tiers of SLA:
PRIORITY (#1) means we will respond as close to immediately as possible, within the same day. FOUR hours available in total. $300.
BUSINESS (#2) means we will respond within 24 hours and usually complete the work within 48 hours. FOUR hours available in total. $200.
STANDARD (#3) means we will respond within 48 hours and begin the assigned work within 48 hours. FOUR hours are available in total. $100.
NOTE: Work that requires one hour or more may otherwise be invoiced.
